Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee, you will support the daily operations of the branch. Your duties will include:

- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
- Operate ATMs, card terminals, and financial software systems.
- Balance daily cash drawers and prepare accurate reports.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products to meet branch goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line and lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional pressure.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
