Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and financial guidance.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products such as savings accounts, credit cards, and loans.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and compliance regulations to ensure safe operations.
- Assist in branch operations, including ATM maintenance and daily cash reconciliation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is highly desirable.
