What You Will Do:
We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented and customer-service driven. In this role, you will be the face of our branch, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing for customers.
- Cash Management: Manage the cash drawer, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of the shift.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about products and services, and resolve account issues with professionalism.
- Product Sales: Identify opportunities to cross-sell our suite of financial products, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
- Problem Solving: Handle complex customer scenarios and escalate issues to the Branch Manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus, but not required for our Trainee program.
- Skills: Strong math skills and the ability to count cash rapidly and accurately.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Background: Must pass a background check and credit check as part of the hiring process.
- Availability: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
