We are looking for outgoing, detail-oriented individuals who want to provide exceptional customer service and help our community grow.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts, CDs, and loans to meet branch goals.
- Balance the cash drawer daily and prepare accurate daily reports.
- Learn and operate the bank's core banking software and ATM systems.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized branch lobby.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic math skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus but not required for trainees.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
