Responsibilities
- Learn and execute daily teller duties, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed branch targets.
- Assist in opening new accounts and educating customers on our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Learn to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the banking sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
