Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions, checks, and deposits with a high degree of accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet and exceed expectations.
- Answer incoming phone calls and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate customer records and filing systems.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Operate the teller workstation and point-of-sale systems efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to perform mental math quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as part of the branch schedule.
