Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Learn and adhere to strict banking regulations, security protocols, and cash handling procedures.
- Assist in promoting bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Collaborate with the branch team to maintain a welcoming and organized branch environment.
- Utilize banking software and Point of Sale (POS) systems to manage daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., cash trays, bags).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
