Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while adhering to strict compliance and security protocols.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional face-to-face service, answering inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Sales Support: Assist in identifying cross-selling opportunities for savings accounts, credit cards, and investment products.
- Cash Management: Maintain accurate daily cash drawers, balance cash reports, and handle currency with precision.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, escalating complex issues to the branch manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience or cash-handling experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
