Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining banking products to customers.
- Balance cash drawers and daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Cross-sell our suite of financial products, including credit cards and mortgages.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
