Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Open new accounts and assist existing customers with account inquiries and problem resolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Verify checks and cash, ensuring all compliance and security regulations are met.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while adhering to strict bank policies.
- Assist in balancing the cash drawer and preparing daily reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus but not mandatory for the Trainee position.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
