Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by resolving account inquiries and recommending banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with anti-fraud and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations through cross-functional training
- Upsell bank services while maintaining exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (bank environment)
- Pass background check and credit check (required)
- Must be available for daytime training schedule
- Willingness to obtain Series 6/63 licenses post-training
