Responsibilities
- Execute Financial Transactions: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments for customers.
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Branch Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment; manage the cash drawer to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Product Promotion: Identify cross-selling opportunities and educate customers on our suite of financial products.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere to all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; coursework in business or finance is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is preferred but not required for the Trainee role.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Background: Must pass a background check and credit check (where applicable).
