Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to meet their financial needs and resolve inquiries.
- Assist in daily branch operations, including cash balancing, reconciling the vault, and preparing daily reports.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards, to enhance customer value.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling is a strong plus but not mandatory for this trainee role.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
