Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions following strict compliance protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, loans) to meet goals
- Maintain confidential customer information per privacy regulations
- Participate in weekend/weekday shifts based on availability needs
- Complete all required compliance training and certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, or weekends
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- No prior banking experience required - we train!
