Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Resolve customer inquiries using our CRM system and branch resources
- Participate in weekend/weekday shifts based on your availability preferences
- Complete all training modules within 90 days of hire
- Assist with branch audits and compliance documentation
- Maintain organized records of daily transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Basic math proficiency with cash handling experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/early mornings
