Responsibilities
- Perform daily cash handling tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Operate bank teller software and ATMs to process transactions and maintain accurate daily reconciliation records.
- Cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards to meet branch revenue goals.
- Assist in opening new accounts and maintaining customer files with strict adherence to compliance and KYC regulations.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure a seamless customer experience during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail with the ability to detect discrepancies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
