Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships by identifying cross-sell opportunities for bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations (BSA, AML)
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Participate in ongoing training to master new systems and procedures
- Uphold the highest standards of security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Customer service experience (retail/hospitality a plus)
- Pass background check and credit check (per banking regulations)
- Must be available for weekday training hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
