Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions including cashing checks, deposits, and withdrawals with high accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account-related issues efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify cross-selling opportunities for products and services.
- Ensure strict compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and security procedures.
- Assist in the daily operations of the branch, including ATM maintenance and cash balancing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; some college coursework in finance or business is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for our Trainee program.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
