Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients and resolve account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Adhere to all banking compliance regulations and security protocols
- Train on digital banking platforms and self-service technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
