Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision and security protocols
- Learn to identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Adhere to strict compliance regulations including BSA/AML requirements
- Develop proficiency in banking software and digital platforms
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training modules to achieve full certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with computers and financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, security-sensitive environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Customer service experience (retail/hospitality a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including Saturdays
