Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional client experiences while resolving inquiries
- Sell bank products/services (checking accounts, loans, credit cards)
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and daily reconciliation
- Adhere to banking regulations (BSA, AML) and security protocols
- Complete online training modules remotely during onboarding
- Collaborate with branch team on cross-functional projects
- Document client interactions using CRM systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and credit review
- Comfort with digital tools (MS Office, banking software)
- Customer service experience (retail/hospitality preferred)
- Self-motivated with remote work capabilities
- Valid NJ driver's license (branch commute required post-training)
