Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build strong client relationships through personalized service and product education
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with bank security protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Adhere to all federal banking regulations and internal policies
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
