Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person transactions, account inquiries, and problem resolution
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Cross-sell bank products including checking accounts, loans, and digital services
- Uphold security protocols and fraud prevention standards daily
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales and service goals
- Participate in ongoing training to master banking systems and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- 1+ years customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency in basic math and financial transactions
- Strong attention to detail and error-prevention skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to pass background check and fingerprinting
