Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to security protocols
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promote bank products/services
- Learn and comply with banking regulations and compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop banking expertise
Qualifications
- No prior banking experience required – we train motivated candidates
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
