Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet cross-selling targets
- Operate digital banking tools and assist customers with mobile/online banking
- Comply with all federal banking regulations (BSA, AML) and bank policies
