- Process customer transactions with provided teller machines and banking software
- Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries using bank-provided equipment
- Operate cash drawers and transaction scanners provided by the bank
- Balance daily transactions using bank-supplied reconciliation tools
- Utilize bank-issued tablets for mobile banking services
- Follow security protocols for bank-provided safes and monitoring systems
- Train on digital banking platforms using bank-provided devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong customer service orientation
