Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients with professionalism and empathy
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Learn and adhere to strict banking compliance and security protocols
- Assist with branch operations and customer inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance banking knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Must pass background check and credit review
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual bonus)
