Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Assist in the daily opening and closing of the teller line.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Introduce and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring strict adherence to security and compliance protocols.
- Learn and master new banking software and operational procedures under mentorship.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
