Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service at the teller line and lobby.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Cross-sell bank products such as debit cards, credit cards, and savings accounts to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and verify daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred).
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
