Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional face-to-face service to clients in the lobby and over the phone.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote savings accounts, credit cards, and other bank products.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the branch and teller stations.
- Assist with account maintenance and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance banking knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to obtain necessary banking licenses and certifications.
