Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and educating clients on banking products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily transaction records
- Support branch operations by assisting with audits and security protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank services and refer clients to specialists
- Adhere to all banking regulations and anti-fraud procedures
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail with numerical data
- Customer service experience in retail or hospitality strongly preferred
