Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while processing transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing training to develop advanced financial knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
- Ability to pass background check and credit review
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
