Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build client relationships through personalized service and product knowledge
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining branch security standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking technologies and regulations
- Support cross-functional teams in achieving branch revenue targets
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality per federal banking regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to pass federal background check and credit review
- Excellent communication skills with professional demeanor
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for branch errands
- Willingness to obtain Series 6/63 securities licenses post-training
