Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision
- Provide exceptional service to diverse clientele across El Paso
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily reconciliation
- Introduce customers to digital banking solutions and products
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash
