Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with high accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the banking experience.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and account openings.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet branch goals.
- Maintain the security of the branch and adhere to all regulatory compliance standards.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) terminals and ATMs while troubleshooting minor technical issues.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
