Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital).
- Manage and grow social media presence by creating engaging content and monitoring community engagement.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
- Assist in the administration of CRM tools and SEO initiatives to improve online visibility.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Support event planning and coordination for company trade shows and webinars.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
