- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design principles
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption with stakeholders including regulators and industry partners
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI standards
- Monitor emerging regulations and global AI governance trends
- Develop transparency documentation for AI decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulations
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in tech ethics
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE, IBM) preferred
