Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the long-term product vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high-impact features and products on time.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and ideation to launch, iteration, and optimization.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable roadmaps for stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agile thinking, and rapid prototyping.
- Act as the primary product champion, representing the voice of the customer to the executive team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Technology or Software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex B2B or B2C products.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
