Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum applications, or sustainable tech
- Experience with emerging technologies: AGI, neuromorphic chips, climate AI
