- Develop and execute the 2026 Sustainability Roadmap, integrating AI-driven carbon tracking systems and biodegradable material innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing circular economy models for Fortune 500 partners
- Establish KPI frameworks for ESG impact measurement and reporting compliance
- Forge strategic alliances with climate-tech startups and research institutions
- Present sustainability transformation blueprints to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Oversee pilot programs for regenerative agriculture and renewable energy microgrids
- Mentor junior innovators in sustainable design thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability leadership with demonstrable impact on corporate ESG initiatives
- Expertise in circular economy principles and lifecycle assessment methodologies
- Proven track record in scaling climate-tech solutions across multiple industries
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
