Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with net-zero targets
- Lead R&D for next-gen carbon capture and renewable energy systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate eco-innovations into core offerings
- Drive ESG compliance reporting and stakeholder communication frameworks
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for sustainable technology pilots
- Lead cross-functional agile teams executing sustainability initiatives
- Monitor global regulatory shifts and adapt strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Sustainability
- 7+ years in corporate sustainability or cleantech innovation
- Proven track record scaling circular economy projects
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Strong stakeholder management with C-suite experience
- Technical background in renewable systems or green materials
- Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2)
