Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, robotics, bioengineering) to prototype future solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year market potential
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through stakeholder alignment
- Publish industry thought leadership in top-tier journals/conferences
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureBuilder program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized future-tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or carbon-negative tech
- Proven ability to secure >$10M in innovation funding
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
