Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning for 2026+ horizons
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions and business models
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Monitor and evaluate emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technology landscapes
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism with 5+ leadership experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation strategies
- Expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives or published future-focused research
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and transformational change
