Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market transformation across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional FutureCast Labs integrating AI, IoT, and blockchain into next-gen enterprise solutions
- Develop predictive models using proprietary TrendVector Analytics to identify emerging disruption vectors
- Partner with C-suite executives to align 2026 strategic initiatives with ESG and human-centric design principles
- Present visionary frameworks to investors, board members, and industry consortiums at global FutureSummit events
- Mentor Innovation Fellows in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through our Nexus Venture Accelerator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startups
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 2026+ impact horizon
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, neurotech, and climate AI
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent innovation methodology training
