Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps and adoption strategies for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruption
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
- Monitor emerging trends through global foresight networks and patent analysis
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product strategy, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or ventures
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or advanced degree in strategic foresight
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-oriented projects
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
