- Lead cross-functional sprints with R&D, product, and sustainability teams to align 5-year strategic vision
- Author annual 'Future State' reports analyzing disruptive trends in AI governance and biotech convergence
- Champion ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental projects with measurable ROI milestones
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Future Today Institute, and NASA JPL for collaborative research
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our 'Horizon Fellows' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech leadership
- Published work on technology forecasting or disruption analysis (IEEE/Wiley journals preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-V) with portfolio evidence
- Deep knowledge of quantum/AI ethics regulations and policy landscapes
- Proven track record scaling experimental technologies to enterprise adoption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
