Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership with proven 2025+ vision execution
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of 3+ successful futuristic product launches (2018-2023)
- Expertise in agile development, scenario planning, and exponential technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Strong network with venture capital and academic futurist communities
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovation specialists
- Fluency in future-casting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
