Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Present findings to C-suite and stakeholders with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from ideation to commercial implementation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services targeting 2025-2030 market shifts
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICF) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile/scrum environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
