- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing business models and technologies
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership presentations on disruptive trends and market shifts
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Establish and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, sustainable systems)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-suite executive briefings
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
