Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future-state solutions
- Deliver executive-level foresight briefings and trend impact assessments to the board of directors
- Pioneer methodologies for measuring innovation ROI in emerging technology ecosystems
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry shaping events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 8 years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling for complex adaptive systems
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive technology adoption
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
